Enough is Enough

The past two weeks, let alone month have been the most emotionally trying and physically exhausting I've had in a very long time. Sometimes just writing out the jumbled stuff in my head eases my heart. I am not a poet. But the form this took may look poem-esk, but I assure you, it is a simplified version of my tumultuous thoughts.

Rainbows
Aren't rainbows supposed to appear after a storm?
When will the rainbow come?
Can't cry.
Won't help.
So focused.
Try to escape.
I can't feel You.
When will it come?
I know You're here.
Enter, exit. In, out.
My brain swirls like a spinning top.
There's a hint of the sun.
Storm clouds race in.
The spring showers are torrential.
I should be happy.
Most can see rainbows.
Pull me up.
Can't see it.
You're breathing for me.
They say the light is at the end of the tunnel.
Once I'm out, I'll agree.
It's still quite gusty.
Empty.
Rainbow.
I know I'll see one.
You promised.
